Tom Snyder, Founder and CEO
25 Years Digital and Marketing Experience
Tom is responsible for the corporate vision and team leadership that has kept Trivera on the forefront as one of Wisconsin’s oldest and most respected Digital Services and Internet Marketing firms.
He has been participating and leading in online media for over 20 years, going back to the days of the Bulletin Board Systems and forums of the late 80's, website design and development since 1995, and blogging since 1998.
Sharing the insight he's gained from helping some of Wisconsin's most-respected companies and organzations use digital and Web technology as powerful tools to reinforce their brands, he is now also regarded as one of the region's foremost authorities on Social Media. Tom is the author of "The Complete Idiot's Mini Guide to Realtime Marketing with Foursquare", from Penguin Books. His Twitter account and his blog have grown to be a trusted resource for business owners and marketers.
He also serves as the chairman for the curriculum committee for the Webmaster program in the Interactive Media department at Milwaukee Area Technical College. You may recognize Tom - he is a frequent speaker for local groups, workshops, associations and Marketing seminars, and in a previous life was a radio personality at Milwaukee stations WEZW-FM, WLTQ-FM and Star95.7.
Tom's educational background is in Business Administration from the University Of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Before creating Trivera, Tom spent over a decade in broadcasting, before becoming the marketing director for an international broadcast software firm.
In his free time, Tom enjoys great music, fine wine and playing with his grandchildren. He also loves to spend time on Okauchee Lake with his family and friends.
Her keen eye for detail and friendly nature make Marjie the perfect person to handle all of Trivera’s financial and business-related aspects such as Accounting, HR, Payroll, vendor partner selection and business direction.
In addition to her fiscal duties, Marjie’s most important role is using her natural ability and unique management style to understand, support, empower and meet the needs of the Trivera staff. Managing this bunch isn’t always easy; she’s got talent.
Prior to her 18 years at Trivera, Marjie spent 10 years in the broadcast industry as a commercial scheduling and billing software professional, working as traffic director for several radio stations, as well as providing consulting and training services for radio groups and industry trade shows.
Marjie is a wife, and a mother to three humans and two dogs and a grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren. We like to raise a glass to Marjie… because she is a P!NK fan, and she takes her love for red wine very seriously.
Christina provides strategic direction for our clients - linking their ongoing online and content marketing needs to business goals and ROI.
Christina possesses 15+ years of experience in consumer product, professional service, and nonprofit marketing as well as brand strategy and client service, beginning her relationship with Trivera as our contact person for a client. As the former President of Clear Verve Marketing, Christina continued her relationship with us, building a leading content marketing firm that specialized in providing marketing services to professional service providers, nonprofits, and community organizations, and partnering with Trivera to provide the web development and technology elements for her agency's client engagements. Most recently, Christina served as V.P. of Integrated Marketing at Zizzo Group. We're delighted to finally have her here as a key member of our leadership team.
When she's not helping our clients, she's busy driving the "Mom Limo" for her three daughters who keep her busy with their activities. She's also enjoying the sunshine and fresh air that comes with her new daily commute to work, which is now just a short walk away from our office in the Falls.

As a designer/front-end developer, Craig is one of those guys who possesses the unique talent of being able to create awesome, intuitive, user-friendly website designs and then using frameworks and content management systems to turn them into fully functional websites.
Craig comes aboard after a long tenure at Kalmbach publishing where most recently he was Interactive Art Director. In that role, he had been overseeing all of Kalmbach's digital properties including their 20 web sites and a team of 2 designers. He has also been part of their Internet Strategic Development group and participated in the ideation and planning of their web-based products.
Craig was instrumental in leading Kalmbach into the Digital realm. On top of building the layouts and interactivity, he also worked with their in-house development team to build custom storefronts for 3 of their publications that had in-app purchases. And most recently, Craig helped lead them into responsive web design, moving 10 of their sites in that direction. All of that experience has combined make him the perfect fit for our team.
When not working, Craig is an avid golfer, loves playing softball, outdoor recreation. Like the rest of the members of TeamTrivera he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a loyal cheesehead who loves going to Packer, Badger, and Brewer games.
Scott Zsori first talked to us about coming here in 2002, but the stars weren't correctly aligned at the time. 12 years later, things finally worked out for him to come aboard as our newest back-end developer.
Scott has been working in the web as long as Trivera has, doing all of the same things, in the same languages and platforms as we do it. If it is needed for web development, he knows it, and knows it very well. But he also knows how to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical people, making him perfect for his position at Trivera.
An example of just how smart Scott is: In his spare time, he created and is currently the president of TheTVDB.com, a site that contains an open database of television metadata used by thousands of websites and apps, including Plex, Kodi and some of the world's largest search engines. While you might not be familiar with the site, you're probably actually a user of the data housed in it. The site's API is used by hundreds of thousands of people, gets 6 billion hits (yes, that billion with a B) and consumes 120TB of bandwidth monthly.
Even with all that he has free time! He enjoys spending time with his son and wife, playing video games like Dota 2 and Minecraft, cooking, debating politics, camping, swimming, and playing volleyball. He loves the Green Bay Packers, his Kindle, his two dogs, a multitude of pond and aquarium fish, and dad jokes. In high school he placed first in Wisconsin in his division in Academic Decathlon and was ranked in the top 50 Quake players in the world. He's considered the best dad in the world by at least one first grader.
Serene comes to us after 8 years at Kalmbach Publishing where she was a Senior Interactive Designer. In her time there, she worked with Team Trivera design specialist Craig Schneider. So her addition here "gets the band back together," so to speak. Prior to Kalmbach, she spent 9 years at Southern Lakes Newspapers where she was an Assistant Creative Director.
In all of her previous roles, Serene has collaborated with sales, marketing, editorial, creative, and web development teams to create visually pleasing designs and digital media for multiple platforms. In the past year alone, she worked on the redesign of eight brands’ websites, making them responsive and creating a better user experience. She also helped build three e-commerce sites, and worked with colleagues to create branding standards across an array of digital platforms.
Serene's Graphic Design educational foundation comes from Gateway Technical Institute, and has been augmented by ongoing training from C2 Milwaukee.
When she's not busy designing and developing successful websites for Trivera clients, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Serene also enjoys spending time outdoors, painting, music, interior design (especially midcentury modern design), and filling her 1970s ranch with vintage treasures.

Omelio joins our team as a PHP wizard, with a specialty in Magento development. While developing robust functionality for client websites may not seem exciting, "Oh" (as we call him) has already experienced a more amazing life than most of us will ever live.
Omelio came to the US from Jamaica as a child. Since his arrival, he has always had a passion for all aspects of technology. But, starting in high school, he decided to focus his passion on the web and software development. After graduating high school and spending a year in college, he took a detour and joined the US Air Force. His tour of duty took him to Japan for 3 years. With a new sense of self confidence and worth following his time in the service, he came back and got his Bachelors of Science from UWM, majoring in Information Science & Technology. Following a stint at the Milwaukee veterans accelerator program VETransfer where he developed an app that got him covered in the Milwaukee Business Journal, his focus of late has been to take his programming expertise, turn himself into an accomplished, certified Magento developer, and become a valuable member of Team Trivera.
A brand new dad, and new Menomonee Falls resident, Omelio is grateful to have a gig within walking distance of his home so, when he's not working, he can spend all his time with his family.
Yaroslav's bio is an easy one: He LIVES to write code.
PHP, OOP, MVC, SQL, XML, JS, JSON, API, WSDL, SPL, RPC, LESS... the list of acronyms in his CV looks like an exploded can of alphabet soup. Whether it's Magento, any of the major CMS platforms, Zend or Laravel, if it takes an experienced, super-talented programmer, Yaroslav does it. And he does it better than just about anyone we've ever met.
When he's not hitting a programming project out of the park for us, he's spending time with his wife and son, hiking or hanging out at the beach. His son has the added benefit that his dad loves to help him with his homework.
As our Fall intern in2016, Thomas came to Trivera looking to get his hands busy by working with real world projects. As of January 1, 2017, he officially became a full-time, permanent member of Team Trivera.
A student in the ever-growing field of web development, Thomas learned to be aware of all of the latest web trends and make sure that everything he designs/develops is intuitive and user friendly. He uses the skills that he was taught in school and implements them into the work he creates.
When Thomas is not building stuff for the web, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, taking long road trips across the country, watching the sun rise on lake Michigan, hiking, camping and trying local coffee shops in the Milwaukee Area.
He's not the only one who is excited that he's part of Team Trivera. Our President was also happy to provide the internship, and eventual permanent opportunity to a student from the program where he serves as Chairman of the Curriculum Advisory Committee!
