Rogers Behavioral Health

Trivera’s trademark client engagement is named EVOLVE and is made up of four stages: Evaluate, Ideate, Activate, Iterate. Our work with Rogers is a textbook example of how that process works.

The team at Rogers contacted Trivera to assist them in their efforts to change their brand from a behavioral health facility in Oconomowoc to that of Wisconsin’s leader in behavioral health and a national resource for in-depth, residential care. Part of that process would include migrating from an existing open source content management system to one more user-friendly. The relationship began with an extensive discovery involving dozens of Rogers’ internal stakeholders and decision makers to define the brand, identify target audiences and set goals. Trivera’s team then worked with the marketing and technology groups to formulate the strategy and tactics to build a digital marketing plan to achieve success. An ambitious new Concrete5 website was created and launched, followed by the long-term efforts to support the website with a search engine optimization and promotion plan. Trivera continues to identify needs and solutions and provide ongoing support to the Rogers team.
