Together, we've executed two website design updates, launched a corporate website, developed a powerful global website, and implemented strategic digital marketing to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand consistency.

The Challenge

Lippmann, a leading manufacturer of rock crushing machines, faced a challenge with its digital presence: managing two separate websites, one for the U.S. market and another for international audiences. This fragmented approach created inconsistencies in branding, user experience, and content management. To enhance their global digital strategy, Lippmann needed a single, cohesive website that could dynamically serve content based on a visitor’s location.

The new website has been a game-changer for us. Now, no matter where our customers are in the world, they get the right information at the right time. The boost in engagement and conversions speaks for itself. This project has made our marketing more efficient and our brand experience seamless across all regions.

Digital Strategy

Part of the digital marketing strategy to enhance engagement, lead generation, and brand consistency included tapping into the power of podcast media. The idea was could we use an AI podcast as a way to not only build the brand, but could it become a teaching platform.

The result was the Lippmann Academy CrushCast. Each monthly episode focused on a specific machine model, diving into technical specifications, performance characteristics, and competitive positioning. We created AI co-hosts Nick and Jessica who guide the discussion in a structured format that makes complex information accessible and understandable.

The first three episodes generated about 750 downloads, with listeners from around the world. The series is now used for team education and distributor training in addition to supporting trade shows where attendees can listen to episodes about machines that are displayed at the shows.
