A few years later, we expanded our efforts to redesign and rebuild their website, a property that has since undergone multiple redesigns and continuous enhancements.

The Solution

Multi-Site Merge
The Carter Casino site was replatformed and merged into the same ConcreteCMS instance as paysbig.com. This allowed the Carter team to manage their own content while maintaining design consistency across both properties.
Domain Consolidation
Trivera architected and executed the migration of all web properties to the unified domain potawatomi.com. The process included a comprehensive SEO mitigation and redirect strategy to preserve search authority, limit traffic loss, and maintain brand equity.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
Trivera delivers monthly reporting on site performance and SEO. In March 2025 alone, the site saw over 266,000 sessions with an engagement rate of 60.5 percent. Promotion pages generated over 34,000 views.
