The Brewer Company manufactures and sells medical seating and exam room equipment to healthcare providers nationwide. As its ecommerce business evolved, managing its WooCommerce platform became increasingly complex and time consuming.

Brewer partnered with Trivera to migrate shop.brewercompany.com to Shopify, creating a more scalable ecommerce platform that simplifies operations, improves the customer experience, and supports future growth.

The Challenge

Brewer’s WooCommerce store had served the business well, but ongoing plugin management, product complexity, and shipping requirements created operational challenges for internal teams.

The company also wanted a platform that would be easier to manage while maintaining alignment with its broader digital ecosystem. Any migration would need to preserve existing search visibility, support paid media efforts, and accommodate complex shipping scenarios, including UPS, freight, and LTL shipments.

The Solution

Trivera worked closely with Brewer to plan and execute a seamless migration from WooCommerce to Shopify.

The project included restructuring product data and variants, configuring advanced shipping workflows, and implementing a comprehensive SEO migration strategy to protect existing search authority. Trivera also integrated a C.H. Robinson LTL quoting solution to support larger shipments and worked to ensure continuity across product feeds and digital marketing channels.

The result was a modern Shopify storefront that delivers a better experience for customers while significantly simplifying day-to-day ecommerce management for Brewer’s team.
