What is now known as Trivera Interactive began on January 16th, 1996 as an interactive consulting agency named Websight Solutions. Founded on the philosophy of integrity and extreme customer service, the company's rapidly growing client list and staff forced a move to a facility in the Menomonee Falls Business Park in 1998.

By the end of 1999, the company had a list of over 150 clients stretching from Hawaii to Washington DC, and South and Central America to Europe, large enough to catch the attention of a growing West Coast interactive firm. On January 1, 2000, Websight Solutions was acquired by Wirestone. Expanding to 10 offices from Chicago to San Francisco and Seattle to San Diego, Wirestone became a nationally known top 30 digital professional services company. Offerings went beyond just Web services, including Traditional Media, Multimedia, CD ROM,  Content and Catalog Management and more. The growth resulted in another move for the Milwaukee office, this time to a much larger facility in the same business park.

However, changes in the direction and philosophy of Wirestone in 2002 resulted in a decision by the Milwaukee location to take a greatly expanded skill set and service offerings and return to the same core philosophies and local ownership that made Websight Solutions successful. June 1, 2002 marked the birth, or rather, re-birth of Trivera Interactive. Same team and same location but with an enhanced strategic sense and renewal of purpose.

In 2004, Trivera moved to a high-visibility location in Germantown. After 5 years there, on January 1, 2010 Trivera moved to the historic Mill Building in downtown Menomonee Falls.
