Mustela USA is the American counterpart of the French based company Mustela, specializing in skin care for babies and mothers-to-be. Today, a reference brand in pharmacies, Mustela provides a full range of products for baby skincare as well as maternity skincare, sun protection and now dermopediatric products.
Strategy
Mustela USA called upon Trivera to build a third version of their site that would build upon new marketing coming from their parent company in France while incorporating easy to use self adminable tools that make updates and email marketing a breeze.
Design and Technical
Trivera's design team put together a site design that exceeded expectations within the marketing departments of Mustela USA and their parent company. The latest design utilizes a navigation scheme that can grow with the site and keeps visitors from getting lost in the ever increasing content that drives the Mustela USA site. Adminable functionalities incorporated into the site include: A Frequently Asked Questions module that allows Mustela to field questions submitted to their FAQ database and then post and/or archive those questions in specific categories on the site, A Retailer Locator module driven by Mustela's own retail location database, Poll and Survey modules that allow Mustela to build short polls on various products and surveys to better understand their customer base as well as functionalities that run their Customer Testimonials page and Brochure Requests. Mustela USA utilizes TriveraMail as their main customer contact tool in their email marketing campaigns.
