Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) Case Study
The Metropolitan Builders Association (MBA) is a not-for-profit trade association that represents over 1,300 companies involved in the construction, development, and remodeling of single and multifamily housing and light commercial property in Waukesha, Washington, Ozaukee, Jefferson, and Milwaukee Counties. Collectively, their members employ tens of thousands of workers in the metro-Milwaukee area and do over $800 million worth of business each year. With such a large number of high-paying jobs, the housing industry is a crucial element to the area's continued economic health.
The MBA selected Trivera as their Web Development partner to create two Web sites to help advance the causes and increase the visibility of the organization and its members.
The Wisconsin Trend Home (witrendhome.com) is an environmentally friendly home with the technologies and features that should be prevalent in homes in the year 2020. The primary goal is to illustrate to both the construction industry and the public that these technologies can be incorporated into new and existing homes today. All of the construction, decorating and landscaping of the Trend Home is being by MBA members, and Trivera (also an MBA member) built the site to promote the project prior to its construction as well as to continue to catalog the progress, features and benefits during the construction process.
Why Build Now (whybuildnow.org) is a campaign created by the Metropolitan Builders Association and participating members designed to encourage potential home buyers to consider building instead. The site was developed by Trivera to provide visitors with all the information needed to begin the process of building a dream home.
Trivera was honored to be selected to develop both these sites and looks forward to working with the MBA on future projects as well.
